Hey, are you guys still around? I'm so happy to find this tribe. I was going to start a general reality tribe, if there wasn't one. I think almost every show I watch has a seperate tribe, but I don't want to join them all! I would be one of those people with 100 tribes! So, cool beans! Glad to be here. My current addictions have been hampered by my lack of cable, but here are my favorites:
Casino - it's aweful, can't stop watching
Amazing Race
Survivor
Last Comic Standing
America's Top Model - oooh my god they are idiots! Love 'em
The Apprentice
Exteme Makeover -Home addition
Real World
Any Historical Reality Show
oh, there's more I just can't think of them right now.
I'm happy to know there are others who admit to this too!

Re: Still around?
Wed, August 4, 2004 - 10:13 AMYay! I just joined too. These days I'm watching Trading Spouses - Meet Your New Mommy (so bad it's good), Last Comic Standing (I'm a stand-up junkie), Queer Eye, and The Newlyweds. Can't wait for Real World and The Apprentice to start up again. Although I missed the first episode of Growing Up Gotti, I am definitely intrigued by that one and will add it to my Tivo list. -

Re: Still around?
Wed, August 11, 2004 - 1:37 PMCaught Amish in the City last week and it is *fascinating*. The Amish culture is soooo isolated! Reminds of this really great documentary called Devil's Playground which I highly recommend if you are a fan of this show. -

Re: Still around?
Mon, August 16, 2004 - 9:49 AMDevil's Playground documents a group of Amish teens going through a traditional right of passage called "rumspringa" where they get to try all the forbidden things (clothes, drinking, smoking, music, etc, etc) and then decide at the end of this period if they want to be amish forever after or not. It's fascinating.
